By purchasing a Competitive Intelligence Report, you represent that:

• You understand that competitor comparisons are based on available data and may not represent the complete competitive landscape

• You accept full responsibility for any actions taken based on information in the report

VetMyFranchise shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from your use of or reliance on Competitive Intelligence Reports, including but not limited to: lost revenue, lost business opportunities, competitive disadvantage, regulatory penalties, or reputational harm.

5. Accounts

To purchase reports, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Purchases and Payments

• All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase
• You will receive immediate access to your purchased report upon successful payment
• Purchased reports are accessible through your account indefinitely

7. Refund Policy

Because our reports are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased report, contact us at support@vetmyfranchise.com and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund.

If you believe a report contains significant factual errors, contact us and we will review and correct the report or issue a refund at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property
