Co-branding

Operating two or more franchise brands from the same physical location.

Co-branding allows a franchisee to combine complementary brands under one roof to maximize revenue from a single site. For example, a sandwich shop might share space with an ice cream franchise. This strategy can reduce overhead costs and increase customer traffic. However, it requires approval from all franchisors involved and may add complexity to operations, staffing, and compliance with each brand's standards.
